This is one of the nicest hotels we stayed at on our trip to Italy. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location was great. It was a little difficult to find at night and in the rain. Parking was great and free of charge. Very clean and the decor was very nice.

I enjoyed the convenient location for exploring the city and the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The restaurant was great for ceremonies or rendezvous.
The Roman remains and the Sila Plateau were such a bore. Who needs ancient history and stunning natural landscapes when you can stay at a 4-star hotel?

The location was the best to be had in this city. The city itself, Catanzaro, is not particularly charming.
Food was passible. Parking was fairly typical for cars in Italy, cramped. Not well located to shopping.

The rooms are spacious, equipped with central heating, a safe, and a multi-channel TV; the bathroom includes a bidet, and the service is excellent with a satisfying breakfast.

The hotel staff was very helpful. They spoke fluent english. The rooms were ornately elegant.
The spa was still under construction. The roof top terrace was closed due to construction. It is not located directly on the beach. You have to cross the road to get to the beach.

location, parking facilities, breakfast, helpfulness and courtesy of staff.
Would be nice to have an internet point available to check email, print boarding passes. One must have a computer to use the wi-fi, and there charge.
